We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our existing Operations Team, support new growth, development of services and be responsible for the management of quality and risk.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and deploying company resources effectively and efficiently to deliver 600+ community clinics per month. Experience in successfully communicating and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team will be essential. This role will develop and establish strong collaborative relationships both internally and with practices and stakeholders

You will also be responsible for delivering an effective, high quality, risk based compliance oversight and monitoring performance across all PML service delivery areas. Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures, controls and procedures put in place by the company to address compliance with all relevant conduct regulatory obligations as well as performance indicators.

The post holder will form part of the Operational Management Team and report to the Directors. We are looking for a motivated candidate who coordinate and facilitate excellent service delivery in addition to making a strategic contribution in the development of new services and take the lead on managing company quality and risk.

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience of working at a similar level for 2 + years operational management is essential.

Shift pattern - 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm. 

Experience

Essential:

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience of managing teams
  • Experience of business strategy and planning
  • Experience of working with Health and Safety procedures and writing risk assessments
  • Experience of Safeguarding policies, procedures and management and reporting protocols
  • Track record of achieving services targets
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong influencing and persuasive skills to an Executive level
  • Competent and highly analytical
  • Experience within Compliance Monitoring and oversight experience

Desirable:

  • Worked in healthcare sector previously
  • ISO 9001 and 14001 experience
