Physiological measurements Ltd is a growing company and a result of this expansion, we are hiring a Marketing and Social Media Lead to promote and drive awareness of the services provided by PML.

As the Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator you will be responsible for developing our marketing and communications strategy to support the aims and objectives of the business. working closely with our external marketing support team, you will use various social media platforms to engage with consumers, in addition to the daily management of these platforms, responding to patient and client queries and feedback.

In addition to external marketing, this role involves the development of our current internal communications strategy. You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of internal comms, utilising the company intranet and producing a monthly newsletter to all our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Respond to PR/marketing enquires under direction from Senior Management group (SMG)

    · Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)

    · Promote current employment vacancies across various platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to maintain an attractive incentive to applicants.

    · Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns

    · Respond to public comment and enquiry via social media platforms

    · Design and organise company newsletter under direction from SMT

    · Deliver internal comms from the SMT to the wider business

    · Share feedback and data from social media with SMT

    · Updating website as and when directed by SMT

    · Coordinate social media updates

    · Design internal promotions, communications and artwork for company events and employee fun days, red nose day, charity initiatives etc.

    · Arrange printing (artwork) and distribution of marketing as directed for company products and services.

    · Responsible for the organisation of Exhibition attendance as directed by Senior Management

    · Produce all documentation (artwork) for literature

    · Create and deliver targeted advertising campaigns

    · Arrange for printing and distribution of literature liaising with NOUS Clinic Coordinator

    · Monitor stock of literature

    · Arrange marketing and advertisement of courses

    · To provide administration function to support the head office and company operations.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Skilled in communicating in English both orally and written
  • Experience with a CRM database, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficient in the use of all MS suite applications
  • Proficient knowledge of adobe design suite or equivalent graphic design applications
  • Awareness of current social trends
  • Project management skills and strong organisation skills
  • Skill in prioritising assignments to complete work in a timely manner in a challenging and fast paced business environment.
  • Adept at working as part of a team; collaborating with colleagues.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient in content marketing
  • Experience working in the NHS or a Health care environment desired but non-essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
